Pilates mat

As with anything you do in life, it is always smart to keep your body and mind healthy and strong.  We suggest you join us for our Pilates mat classes where stretching and strengthening keep you fit and limber. Pilates will give you the strength needed to participate in any class or workshop you decide to take .

Group class $15/hr.

Pilates Pole Fusion

This class links the principles of Pilates with the art of pole dancing. You will spend the hour strengthening ,stretching and transitioning your moves to the pole.

Private $60/hr. Semi Private $30/hr. Group $20/hr.

Pole

If you want to save all that you have got for the pole, its yours. We have beginner, intermediate & advanced classes.

Lap/Chair

This is the get down and flirty. This class will show you what up close and personal is. It will teach you everything there is to giving a sexy lap dance.

This is about getting attuned with your body. It is where you find out how your body moves through space, how it responds to music, motion. It is learning about self-expression and sensuality. A new way for you to instill a positive body image and self- confidence.
